Capital Market services are provided by Structured Finance Management Offshore Limited ("SFMOL”) which provides Channel Islands' resident directors and corporate administrative services for SPVs created for international securitisations and structured finance transactions

SFMOL's business involves the application of technical expertise and know-how of a dedicated team of specialists to the administration of securitisation and structured finance transactions. SFMOL recognises the more complex nature of the services required for intricate international structured financings.

Structure

SFMOL is part of the Structured Finance Management Group of companies with group companies in the UK, Ireland and other European jurisdictions ("the SFM Group”) of which Carey Olsen, the Channel Islands' largest law firm, have an interest. SFMOL was set up to combine the international structured finance expertise and contacts of the SFM Group with the Jersey-based corporate administrative expertise of DCG, an integral part of Carey Olsen. Its services are also supported by appropriate levels of professional liability and indemnity insurance.

SFMOL is able to draw on the full resources of the corporate administration and trust personnel of DCG, which focuses on the provision of fund administration, and corporate trust services. SFMOL fields professionally qualified staff to fulfil the company secretarial and accounting roles.
